During the consultation our Nurse Practitioner will carry out a medical consultation, this includes a verbal consultation to understand your goals, usual skin routine, medical history and to identify your concerns and problem areas.
If you have skin concerns or looking to start your skincare journey, a personalised skin consultation can help you gain a deeper understanding of your skin, and what treatment and skincare programme to help get healthy skin.

DO I NEED TO PREPARE PRIOR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

It is recommended to have a cleansed, clean face prior to your appointment, No make up. If you do, we can remove this at the appointment for you.

This treatment is for both men and women over the age of 18.

HOW LONG WILL THE CONSULTATION TAKE?

The consultation takes around 30-45 minutes.

I had been looking for a good skin care routine and heard about Truth treatments which I found through Medifine. I have recently, intentionally, lost quite a lot of weight and have been worried about the weight loss reflecting badly on my face. I also had rosacea on my cheeks and around my nose. I started a couple of months ago using the vitamin C serum during the day and the balm at night which I apply with the Mineral mist along with the Hyaluronic Mineral Hydrator . Once a week I use the 1% retinol and also take all three Truth Treatment supplements every day. It has taken me a while to get used to the dosing and not using too much of the product as it is very concentrated but the transformation in my skin is remarkable. The Rosacea has practically disappeared and my complexion has a really glowing appearance and my skin feels incredibly soft. I have had lots of people commenting on how great my skin looks. I want to work my way up to using the stronger 5% Retinol but am taking things slowly by just using the 1% for a while until my skin gets used to Retinol. I have also just started using the AHA energizing mineral exfoliator and will hope to slowly build up to using this a couple of times a week. Medifine have been great to deal with and despatch my orders really promptly so I get the products very quickly through the post and they are very helpful and offer lots of advice about how to use the products.
