WHAT AREAS CAN I TREAT?

Polynucleotides can be used upper, mid and lower face; so treating the eyes, temples, cheeks, lip lines etc as well as areas on the body used to treat the neck, décolletage, inner arms, thighs, and knees.
It can be helped to treat fine lines, acne scarring, dark under-eye circles, skin laxity, poor tone and texture.

HOW DO POLYNUCLEOTIDES WORK?

Polynucleotide chain attracts water molecules. They have an anti-free radical action, acting as a scavenger of OH hydroxyl radicals which tend to accumulate as a result of stress, cell damage, and external agents such as UV rays. The moisturizing action and anti-free radical activity help to create an optimal environment for the growth of fibroblasts

Research and clinical evidence has shown the following effects:

WHO CAN HAVE THE TREATMENT?

This treatment is for both men and women over the age of 18 years following a medical assessment.
Polynucleotides are not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

HOW LONG IS THE RECOVERY TIME?

You can return to day to day activities immediately. Post treatment advice expects some degree of swelling and tenderness which would settle within 3-5 days. Little bumps can be expected and take 2 days to settle.

HOW LONG WILL THE PROCEDURE TAKE?

The treatment takes around 30-60 minutes. However, please allow longer for full consultation and assessment, especially if it’s your first visit to our clinic.

I had been looking for a good skin care routine and heard about Truth treatments which I found through Medifine. I have recently, intentionally, lost quite a lot of weight and have been worried about the weight loss reflecting badly on my face. I also had rosacea on my cheeks and around my nose. I started a couple of months ago using the vitamin C serum during the day and the balm at night which I apply with the Mineral mist along with the Hyaluronic Mineral Hydrator . Once a week I use the 1% retinol and also take all three Truth Treatment supplements every day. It has taken me a while to get used to the dosing and not using too much of the product as it is very concentrated but the transformation in my skin is remarkable. The Rosacea has practically disappeared and my complexion has a really glowing appearance and my skin feels incredibly soft. I have had lots of people commenting on how great my skin looks. I want to work my way up to using the stronger 5% Retinol but am taking things slowly by just using the 1% for a while until my skin gets used to Retinol. I have also just started using the AHA energizing mineral exfoliator and will hope to slowly build up to using this a couple of times a week. Medifine have been great to deal with and despatch my orders really promptly so I get the products very quickly through the post and they are very helpful and offer lots of advice about how to use the products.
